Become a part of the university's alumni network

The board of the alumni association or its working group needs to provide the alumni team with the following details:

  • The name of the association
  • Brief information about the association's purpose and aims
  • How the association's member register is to be managed – by the association’s own administrator with access to the alumni network or if the alumni team is to extract member lists and perform searches of the association's member register upon request by the association
  • Name and e-mail address of the association's contact person
  • Name and e-mail address of the association's chairperson or convenor of the association's working group
  • Name and e-mail address of the association's contact person in the system
  • Names and e-mail addresses for the other members of the board or working group
  • Name and e-mail address for the person on the board or in the working group who is employed by Uppsala University where the association is linked to a department, unit, centre, study programme or similar at Uppsala University.
