Ordering materials and purchasing consultancy services
Uppsala University has procured a number of consultancy services in the field of communication that can be called off by all departments/equivalent. The framework agreements currently cover printing, photography, film, subtitling, streaming, audio and lighting, freelance journalism, communications agency services, placement of advertisements in external digital and physical channels, conference items, promotional items and simple original production of print and digital media.
Contract terms, pricing information and contact details for procured suppliers can be found in Uppsala University's contract database. You can order posters, banners, business cards, roll-ups and more through the University’s eCommerce system, Produktwebben.

Business cards
Business cards are available as single-sided in Swedish or as double-sided in both Swedish and English.
Order business cards via the Produktwebben at MP (then select Externa webbutiker - Produkter och tjänster - Trycksaker och expomaterial).
Conference material
Order conference material, business cards and other so-called promotional material (displays, etc.) via Produktwebben (in Swedish only).
Profile products
Profile products refer to clothing and gift items with the University logo. Profile products are part of the marketing of Uppsala University and must conform with the University's visual guidelines.
All production of Uppsala University's profile products is handled by Museum Gustavianum.

Uppsala University provides a number of magazines and brochures, such as annual reports, Uppsala University Magazine, strategy documents and more.
You can download and order printed material from the property service, Segerstedthuset, via a form.
