Who receives wages on an hourly basis?

Wages on an hourly basis must be agreed upon between employer and employee before the work is undertaken. Such forms of payment is done when work has been performed on single occasions.

An implied contract of employment is in force at each single occasion of work. The employee is free to refuse each single offer of employment.

For technical and practical reasons, the employer and employee agree to register the basis for the employment’s limitation in time monthly following the completion of the work.

How does the hourly employee report worked hours?

Wages on an hourly basis is reported digitally via Primula. The employee is responsible for reporting the hours worked the previous month no later than the 1st of the current month.

Example: Hours worked in January should be reported no later than February 1st for payment in February.

It is possible for another person to report hours worked or one-time fee remuneration instead of the hourly employee (ombudsregistrering). Please contact the Payroll unit.

How does the hourly employee register travel allowance?

To receive reimbursement for travel or travel expenses the hourly employee must report it digitally via Primula web.
