Annual follow-up
The Individual Study Plan (ISP) must be followed up annually and revised if necessary. The doctoral student and the principal supervisor, in consultation with other supervisors and the examiner, carry out the annual follow-up.
The report from the annual follow-up should include how the thesis work and implementation of theoretical elements in the studies are progressing in relation to the Individual Study Plan. The documentation must be registered at the department.
The following must be processed by the Research Training Committee:
- Change of supervisor or examiner
- Significant changes to the research plan
- Significant changes to the thesis timetable (e.g., transition to part-time studies, parental leave, sick leave, etc.)
