Staff Disciplinary Board

The Staff Disciplinary Board was established by the University Board in 1991, pursuant to Chapter 1-2 of the Higher Education Ordinance, to deal with and decide on dismissal from employment and in some cases from assignments due to personal circumstances (termination and dismissal), disciplinary responsibility for misconduct, prosecution, suspension from employment and medical examination.

The University Board must decide on the above issues if there is no staff disciplinary board.
