Occupational injuries and incidents
If you are employed at Uppsala University, you can report incidents, serious incidents and occupational injuries here. This includes:
- work-related accidents
- work-related illnesses
- accidents during travel
We use an electronic incident reporting system known as the IA system, which is an online system for reporting, investigation and follow-up of incidents connected with the work environment.

Is a simplified way to report an incident to the IA system which can be useful in cases where there is no access to a computer. The dictaphone function makes it possible to speak notes instead of writing them and it is easy to attach pictures to the incident.
It is important that the app is only used on a password-protected work mobile phone and not on a personal device. If there is no access to a work mobile phone, reporting must be done via a computer. We also encourage you to "Clear history" or log out of the app as soon as you have reported an incident.
The app is called IA-Avvikelser i arbetsmiljön and can be downloaded for Android via Google Play and for iPhone via the App Store.
