Working hours

At Uppsala University, several local agreements exist that indicate the work hours relevant for the category of employees to which you belong. For instance, you may have scheduled work hours, flexitime and extended flexitime or annualised work hours.

If you are part-time employed and do not work five days a week, or you are on an irregular work schedule, you must submit a work-hour schedule to the Payroll Unit, so that calculations of sickness pay deductions, vacation etc. are correct.
