Master's Programme in Pharmaceutical Modelling

FPM2M

Hi,

Congratulations on your admission to the Master’s Programme in Pharmaceutical Modelling at Uppsala University! I wish you a warm welcome!

Here is some information about a few practical things in preparation for the start of the autumn semester on 28 August 2023.

Information on how to activate your student account can be found in the menu. as well as and information about how to register for courses at https://www.uu.se/en/students/new-students/registration/.Links to an external site.

The registration will be open in Ladok from 25 July to 20 August 2023. You need the student account for registering yourself on the programme's first course. It is very important that registration is done before the start of each course. Otherwise you will not be able to start the course. I will also send out a reminder about this in early August.

During your first year you will follow one course at a time. Your programme's master schedule shows start and end dates for all mandatory courses. The schedule for the individual courses will be finalized during the summer, and you will find their schedules at Time-Edit. Links to an external site. Please make sure to activate your student account well before the semester starts. You can find the first course on the programme by either clicking on the course card directly in Studium when you log in, or by following this link: https://uppsala.instructure.com/courses/80163/assignments/syllabus.

If you have any questions related to the programme or your studies, you can contact the study counsellor.

Again, a warm welcome and I look forward to seeing you on 28 August.

Sincerely,
Per Larsson, programme coordinator

To keep your place, you need to register in Ladok

Please note that:

  • you must have an active student account at Uppsala University. in order to register, and this may take some time to arrange
  • when you register for the first course, Drug Discovery and Development 7.5 credits, you also get registered for the master's programme
  • without registration, you will lose your place in the programme.

After the registration, you are able to find more information about your first course here in Studium.

Conditionally admitted

If you are conditionally admitted, and are unable to register, you need to contact the study counsellor. If you have the necessary entrance requirements, you will get help with the registration. If you are late contacting the study councellor, you will lose your place in the programme.

If you are on the reserve list

If there is a vacancy, reserves will be contacted via antagning.se (or universityadmissions.se) and e-mail, if necessary also by phone. We will use the information you have entered on antagning.se (or universityadmissions.se). Reserve placed students are expected to monitor their e-mail and telephone during the reserve admission process. Also remember to monitor your spam folder in case the e-mail ends up there.

Called reserves have a maximum of 24 hours to respond to the offer, and the time becomes shorter the closer the start of the semester is. If you do not respond to the reserv admission within the deadline, you will lose your place on the programme.

Accepted reserves will be registered manually in connection with course and programme start.
