Alarms and security
Remember not to let unknown people into the area, things have been stolen.
The area is alarmed, both doors and windows. Therefore, remember not to keep doors open for too long or open windows. Not all alarms make a sound, there are also silent alarms that go to the campus management and/or campus guards.
Remember to close all doors and windows to maintain a high level of security on campus and avoid surprise visits from the security guards.
Access to the halls
At Geocentrum, students have access to the halls even when there is no teaching in progress.
Student association/activity that wants to stand by the entrance and inform?
Contact reception in advance to reserve the spot.
You may not offer anything to eat or drink due to competing services.
Bookings
Book a room for teaching
The teacher in charge books premises for teaching, also for group work and individual studies.
Booking for sittings and other student activities
Only student associations can book premises for sittings and similar student activities. Individual students cannot book classrooms, neither for studies nor for student activities.
Inquiries and other questions are sent at least 3 weeks before the desired booking date to: reception-ilag@uu.se
Only bookings with the student associations' e-mail addresses as senders are approved, this creates greater clarity and traceability in the communication between the reception and the associations.
Only student associations within Lagerträdet (EBC/Geocentrum) can book premises at no cost to the association. Other student associations are charged the internal rent.
