KoF24 Medfarm: Questions to all research group leaders – let the work begin
In November 2023, the collection of data for KoF24 Medfarm will start. The research group leaders will receive questionnaires in the form of a survey. The answers will provide a summary and description of all 231 research groups at the Disciplinary Domain.
The research evaluation KoF24 Medfarm will be performed at the departmental level. It will be based on compilations of basic data, bibliometrics, limited self-evaluations and review by an external evaluation panel.
It is now time for all research group leaders at the Disciplinary Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy to summarise their research, including recent publications, relevant research topics and the number of persons actively researching in the groups, and share some thoughts on their future research. The research group leaders are asked to answer the questionnaires by 6 December 2023.
This valuable information about the research groups will be shared with the management of the Disciplinary Domain as well as with the respective departments. Part of the information may be shared with the external evaluation panel. Furthermore, the information may also be used in the final KoF24 report and other reports from the Disciplinary Domain.
The schedule for KoF24 Medfarm in brief:
- Questions to the research group leaders ( late 2023)
- Limited self-evaluations to the departments and centres for clinical research (reflective and forward-looking) (February to March 2024)
- A panel (8-10 reviewers) evaluating the entire Disciplinary Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy (October 2024)
